A "Mpplication-Powered Website" shall mean a website not owned by us but which has a license from us to utilize certain our technologies. A "User" means any individual who has access to or uses a Mpplication Website or Mpplication-Powered Website, including participant of events organized through a Mpplication Website or Mpplication-Powered Website, visitors to Mpplication Websites, and other employees and agents of our clients. |

| 2. Participants of Events/Conferences Planned by Our Clients |

Participants use Mpplication Services when invited by our client to attend an event. They do so by viewing a Mpplication Website or Mpplication-Powered Website that contains questions created by our client. By responding to these questions, the participant gives our client information about the participant's plans for attending that specific event.
If you are a participant using Mpplication Services to register for an event planned by our client, the following are applicable to you:
2.1 General Information
- Your personal information, certain secure information and other pertinent information will be collected when you register for an event on a Mpplication-Powered Website or Mpplication Website. Any information that you provide will be stored on a platform managed by us.
- The information you provide is the property of our client to whom you have provided the information. Our client is regarded as the Data Controller.
- The information is completely accessible by our client and its employees or agents. Each Mpplication client has it own privacy statement, which can be viewed by clicking on the appropriate links. By providing your personal information to Mpplication for use by our client you consent to Mpplication providing a copy of your personal information to that client for collection, processing and any further transfer in accordance with the privacy statement (if any) of that client. Mpplication is not responsible for any actions of its clients.
- Your data is purged from the Mpplication platform by our clients based on their procedures and needs. The clients have agreed with Mpplication that they will not keep the data for longer than is necessary for the purposes for which your data were collected or for which your data are further processed.
- The clients have agreed with Mpplication that they collect only adequate, relevant and not excessive data in relation to the purposes for which they are collected and/or further processed.
- The clients have agreed with Mpplication that all information related to participants are collected and processed in accordance with the European legislation regarding data protection or in accordance with the Safe Harbor Principles. As a result, the corporate clients informed Mpplication that the Users gave their explicit consent to have their sensitive data processed. Mpplication may provide analysis and reports based on aggregated user data to other third parties as a natural course of doing business. These reports and analysis will never include individual personal or company names.
- Some of our clients may process credit cards manually. Their employees or agents will access the Mpplication platform to obtain such information to do the processing.
Mpplication does not use personal data of our Customer Business Contacts for any purposes other than to provide services that our Customers have contracted us to provide through our platform, as noted below, to improve our services, or as required or permitted by law.
